Cybersecurity and IT leader with 15+ years of experience in the Department of Defense and private sector. I bring technical expertise and a history of creating effective and sustainable teams, programs, and architectures.
Professional Background
I began my career in Cybersecurity and IT in 2009, leading communications and network operations teams during combat missions in Iraq. After transitioning out of the U.S. Army in 2012, I earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science and have spent the past decade leading Security, IT, and Compliance teams.
My experience, ranging from SOC Manager and Security Architect to Director of IT & Security, allows me to provide a wide range of services from technical implementation to strategic planning and oversight.
Beyond my corporate roles, I founded We Defend Charities, a nonprofit that delivers pro bono cybersecurity services to charitable organizations while helping veterans and individuals from underrepresented communities build careers in cybersecurity.
